Bay time is charged by the session. Parts are charged at what they cost us plus a stated margin. Bench labour has a published rate. Nobody here earns commission on what you buy, so the only thing that changes the bill is the work you actually ask for.
Booked Time in a Fitting Bay
Each session includes the baseline read of your current clubs, the bay work, and the written spec card. Session fees are credited in full against any club built here within ninety days.
Single Club Bay
Driver, one wood, one hybrid or a single wedge worked in isolation.

Iron Set Specification

Putter Bench

Service Work by the Job
No appointment needed for anything in this list. Parts are extra and quoted before we start. These prices are labour only.
Labour is six dollars a club. Grips themselves run from roughly nine to twenty-two dollars depending on model. A thirteen-club regrip in a mid-range rubber grip usually lands between one hundred and eighty and two hundred and thirty dollars all in.

The Annual Bench Plan
For golfers who play enough that drift is a certainty rather than a maybe.

Twelve months of maintenance on a set we have on file, billed once.

Is it worth it?
For a golfer playing once a week or less, probably not — pay per job and you will spend less. For someone playing three or more rounds a week with a practice habit, the two spec checks and the included bending work usually cover the fee on their own, and the regrip labour is the part that pushes it clearly into value.
We will tell you honestly which side of that line you fall on. Several customers have been talked out of the plan at the counter, which is the only sensible way to sell something like it.
What it does not cover
New heads, new shafts, new grips as parts, reshafting labour, or bay session time for a fresh fitting. It is a maintenance arrangement for equipment you already own, not a buying club.
Small Print, Written Large Enough to Read
Session Credit
Fitting session fees come off the bill of any club built here within ninety days of the session. One credit per session, applied automatically.
Deposits
Custom orders take a fifty percent deposit. Stock builds take nothing up front. Deposits are refundable until the order is placed with the supplier.
Cancellations
Give us twenty-four hours and there is no charge. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are billed at half the session rate, waived once.
Payment
Cards and cash. Bench plan is billed once annually. We do not run finance or store credit.
Build Guarantee
If a club we built comes back outside our sign-off tolerance and it is our error, the correction is free for the life of the club.
Junior Rate
Golfers sixteen and under pay half on every bay session, and growth-related length changes are labour-free for twelve months.
